The optimal baking mix for a dark, hearty wholemeal bread. With its high proportion of valuable seeds of more than 30%, it is wonderfully juicy and hearty.

Ingredients:
Wholemeal rice flour, corn starch, sunflower seeds 12%, linseed 9%, buckwheat flour, dried rice sourdough, golden linseed 5%, linseed flour 5%, salt, thickener: guar gum, sugar.
