The gluten-free pasta is made from white and yellow corn and brown whole grain rice. This mixture gives the pasta its typical golden yellow color. And best of all: the pasta is in no way inferior in taste to the original made from durum wheat semolina. Our gluten-free pasta is enjoyed by the whole family. Simply spread alternately with Bolognese and Béchamel, sprinkle with cheese and put in the oven.
