Certified gluten-free pasta made from naturally gluten-free flours such as rice, corn or red lentils. No additives! Just flour, water and lots of flavor.
The pasta is dried slowly at low temperatures for at least twenty hours. Drying is the fundamental process for preservation and the slow process at low temperature allows to optimally preserve the taste and quality of the raw materials. The result is a healthy and tasty product.
