The falafel mixture consists almost exclusively of chickpeas, which Bauckhof grinds in their mill in Rosche. Naturally gluten-free, organic, super tasty and easy to make, just like our even more exotic version, the falafel curry-coconut mix. Also ideal as a burger patty or patty. Our tip: Serve with fresh yoghurt dip!
