Fusilli Massiomo Zero 400g
Originally from Molise, this type of pasta was once used for "sophisticated dishes" and was reserved for wealthy families due to the special manual production technique using a "spindle" that only a few skilled hands knew how to use. Particularly good for classic meat sauces, but also for fresh pasta salads.
