Fine corn starch Bauck Hof 250g
The corn starch from Bauck Hof is made from pure corn starch and is a true all-rounder in the kitchen. Naturally gluten-free, naturally vegan and of course in the best organic quality. The cornstarch is particularly suitable for baking or for desserts, cold dishes, creams, soups and sauces. What's special: Corn starch is just as easy to use as potato starch. However, its more neutral taste means it can be used in many different ways in the kitchen. In addition, cornstarch can be heated longer than other starches without the food liquefying again.
A little tip: When baking, you can replace about a third to half of the flour with organic cornstarch. This makes your cakes, tarts, waffles and biscuits particularly light.
