For a fine, crispy Kursten bread and other fine bread creations according to the recipe tips on the packaging. The very special gluten-free mill - purchased by the Swiss Army - produces up to 18 tons per day and only grinds gluten-free flour. Each batch of gluten-free flour is tested in the mill's own laboratory to ensure that it is free of gluten.
