Bauck Hof potato flour 250g
The all-rounder in every kitchen: Bauck Hof's organic potato flour is ideal for baking and for dumplings, dumplings, sauces, soups, cold dishes and desserts. The flour is produced by our neighbors in Wendland by the “Organic Potato Nord” producer group and packaged in our Bauckhof mill – of course under guaranteed gluten-free conditions. Potato flour is actually less of a flour than the pure starch that is obtained from potatoes and serves primarily as a binding agent.
Baking tip: Would you like your treats to be particularly fluffy? Then you can simply replace up to a third of the conventional flour with potato flour for shortcrust pastry and up to half of the conventional flour for sponge cakes and sponge cakes.
