Pizza and Bread Mix Molino Rossetto 500g
Contains one sachet of dry yeast (12g).
You will need: 400ml water and 25ml olive oil.
Pizza Preparation:
1) Dissolve the sachet of dry yeast (inside the package) in 400ml lukewarm water. Pour the bread and pizza mix onto a flat surface or into a bowl. Add the dissolved yeast and olive oil and knead for 5–10 minutes until the dough is smooth and even.
2) Cover with a damp cloth or cling film and let it rise in a lukewarm place for about 1.5 hours. Knead the dough again until smooth and spread it out on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Let the mixture rest for another 30 minutes, then top with tomato sauce and your desired toppings.
3) Bake in a preheated oven at 270°C for about 15 minutes.
For the bread, you will need 400 ml of water.
Bread preparation:
1) Dissolve the sachet of dry yeast (inside the package) in 400 ml of lukewarm water. Pour the bread and pizza mix onto a flat surface or into a bowl. Add the yeast dissolved in the water and knead for 5–10 minutes until the dough is smooth and even.
2) Cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrap and let it rise in a lukewarm place for about two hours. Knead the dough again and shape it into the desired shape (e.g., small loaves).
3) Bake in a preheated oven at 230°C for about 25–30 minutes (depending on the size of the bread pieces). It is recommended to place a small pan of water in the oven to maintain humidity.
